Once your order has been processed, it is sent to our fulfillment partners for shipment.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take 3–7 days to appear due to international shipping and carrier processing times.


Shipping Delays

Forever Plush is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping delays alone do not qualify for a refund, unless the order is confirmed lost.


Incorrect Address

Forever Plush is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Refunds or replacements will not be issued in these cases.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date

If the carrier confirms the order is lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.
