Are the breathing plush toys safe?

Yes. Our plush toys are designed for comfort and relaxation and are safe when used as intended. We recommend adult supervision for young children.

Is this a medical or therapeutic product?

No. Forever Plush products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Where do you ship from?

We work with trusted international suppliers, so orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery time is 7–20 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as customs or carrier delays.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a short video of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund once reviewed.

Do you accept returns?

Because we work with international suppliers, returns are not required unless specifically requested. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your address at checkout. We’re unable to change addresses or issue refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
