Refund & Returns Policy

At Forever Plush, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.

Order Issues & Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not working as intended, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or a short video showing the issue

Once verified, we will offer one of the following, depending on the situation:

  • A replacement (free of charge), or

  • A full or partial refund

Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are issued only after the issue has been reviewed and approved.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider).

Returns

Because Forever Plush works with international suppliers, we do not require customers to return items unless specifically requested.

If a return is approved:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

We will provide return instructions if needed.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (changed mind)

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Minor variations in color, size, or design (due to lighting or manufacturing differences)

  • Delays caused by customs, courier issues, or events beyond our control

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Delays

As we ship directly from our suppliers, delivery times may vary. Shipping delays alone do not qualify for a refund, unless the item is confirmed lost by the carrier.
